All Spiritual Blessings

(Psalm 119:57-64) In our last broadcast we began making a list of all we have through God’s Word. In this great summary passage of divine sufficiency, we see that it is our portion, prayer, path, possession, praise, partner, and provision. Rejoice and rest in this, dear friend – you have the Divine Sufficiency! (06095220421) 

(Psalm 119:9-16) When’s the last time you blessed our Blesser? Does your study of the Word lead you to think more of God and less often of yourself? The Word always leads to worship. We must decide day by day to live a life of true worship in the Word of God. (06078220401) 

(Psalm 119:9-16) What is the greatest thing a young man (or any person) can discover? We will find the answer to this question beginning in Psalm 119:9. When someone gets saved, they get it all! We have all access to God (prayer), all the spiritual truths God wants us to know (Scriptures), and all of the divine resources through Christ (peace, love, and grace). Let's stop talking about what we don't have, and focus on all the spiritual blessings we do have in Christ Jesus. Amen!

(Ephesians 6:10-17) With every blessing comes a battle.  With every good thing there may come a conflict.  That's not unusual in a world filled with spiritual warfare.  And it's why as we near the end of Ephesians, a book full of spiritual blessings, we deal with a fight, and discover how to do battle! (Ephesians 5:22-6:9) Another spiritual blessing is the patterns God has given for our homes and our work.  When we are obedient to His patterns and have a grateful heart, we see how all spiritual blessings connect to every relationship and responsibility in life.  Thank Him today for all the household blessings He has brought into your life! (Ephesians 5:18-21) Singing, gratitude, and submission are three marks of a Spirit-filled life.  Are you at this moment a Spirit-filled believer?  To be filled with the Spirit means to be continually controlled by Him.  Only when we are controlled by the Spirit will we bear the fruit of the Spirit. (Ephesians 5:1-17) The greatest SPIRITual blessing God gives to His children isn't a thing.  It's Himself - in the person of the Holy Spirit!  The first 17 verses of Ephesians 5 describe for us life in the Spirit, a life of holiness.  When we yield ourselves to the control of the Spirit of God, He will always produce fruit in our lives. (Ephesians 4:17-32) Christ will take you just as you are, but He doesn't leave you that way.  It's impossible for the Creator God of the universe, the God of perfect light and holiness, to move into a heart and that heart not experience change.  The change that Christ brings is the best change! In today's passage we learn of practical areas where Christ changes us. (05508211210) 

(Ephesians 4:7-16) We all need the Lord, but God has made it so that we also  need one another.  We are dependent on Christ and we are interdependent on each other.  How can we love the head (Christ) when we don't love the body (church)?  Don't take for granted what you have through Christ in His church!
